LANDING
Voln Courtyard -- Anywhere but the Broken Lands or Shadow Valley. Group Fog
Broken Lands, Chamber (Rune Room) -- Anywhere in the Broken Lands. Self-fog only.
Shadow Valley, Ledge (The Ledge Jump Spot) -- Anywhere in Shadow Valley. Self-fog only.

ICEMULE
Cave of Ice -- Anywhere on the Icemule Trail before the Mountain Picture. (From Landing) . Self-fog only.
Trail (one room from kobolds) -- Anywhere on the Trail AFTER the Mountain Picture. (From Landing). Self-fog only.
Inside the Voln Area Gate -- Anywhere else, up to including the nightmare gorge going to Pinefar. Group Fog.

TERAS
Temple -- Anywhere on Teras.

TA'ILLISTIM
Main Temple -- Anywhere but OTF. Group Fog.
Inside OTF -- Not sure, and most likely Self-Fog only.

TA'VAALOR
Voln Courtyard - Anywhere. Group Fog.

SOLHAVEN
Through the Arch on Temple Street -- Anywhere in Solhaven. Group Fog.
Boulder - On the Trail past the River before the trail that leads to Varunar. Self-Fog Only.
Caravansery - Varunar Area and prior to crossing the river. Self-Fog Only.

RIVERS REST
Voln Courtyard Area -- Anywhere in Rivers Rest. Group Fog.

PINEFAR
I believe it's group and it puts you a couple rooms from the lodge.
Inside the Rift - Random fog points, except for the resting room. Self-Fog Only.

ZUL LOGOTH
Pretty sure you end up at the Bawdy Bard Inn, and it's group.
On the trails between the Landing and Zul, you usually end up in one of the mazes and it's Self-Fog.
On the trails between Zul and Illistim, I do not know the landing point, but it's Self-Fog.

CYSAEGIR
Town Center -- Anywhere in Cys and within 50-60 rooms each way of it, you will drop here.
